GTM engineering for B2B tech, product and service companies: a GTM and RevOps brain that knows, thinks, acts, predicts and protects.
One brain that knows every account, call and promise, wired into the tools you already run. It drafts the CRM updates, tickets, handoffs and renewal flags, and nothing customer-facing goes out without your yes. We build and run it first; then your team takes the command layer.

One brain for your go-to-market. It stays yours.
Service as a Software, becoming software: we wire your tools into one brain, build the layers that let it act safely, then hand your team the controls.
One brain. Every tool feeds it, and every rep, CSM and agent reads from it, with a human yes before anything reaches a customer.

Something real runs against your calls in week one.
An agency spends the first weeks on discovery and a hire spends them on ramp. Here is the same period with us, hour by hour, including what your team has to do.
- One call to pick the leak that costs most
- Read-only access to the CRM, tickets, inbox and Slack
- The request board opens, you can queue anything
Your side About an hour, then nothing until Friday.
- We take real calls from last week and map what was promised
- System one is built inside your own tools, not ours
- Every customer-facing action is drafted, never sent
Your side Nothing. We work from what already happened.
- System one runs against real calls
- Each drafted action waits in the review console for a yes
- Every write lands with a receipt that can be reversed
Your side Approve or reject. About 90 seconds a call.
- What you rejected tunes the next run
- Handoff packs, renewal flags and CRM hygiene follow
- A weekly run log shows what shipped, where, and who approved it
Your side Queue the next request. One ships at a time.

Get your free reviewWhat does Mindlyft actually do?
Mindlyft is GTM engineering on subscription for B2B tech companies. We engineer the work between your tools and run it for you: post-call execution, CRM hygiene, sales-to-CS handoffs, follow-ups and outbound, renewal risk and onboarding. Every one of them runs inside the stack you already pay for, and every customer-facing write waits for a named person to approve it. What we engineer becomes your software; we call it A.S.T.R.A.
Who is this a fit for, and who is it not?
Acquire fits B2B tech teams with a working sales motion and more pipeline work than people to do it. Expand fits teams with paying customers where handoffs, onboarding and renewals leak revenue. The sweet spot is funded companies of roughly 20 to 300 people. If your CRM has no data yet, or you need a strategy deck rather than working systems, we are not the right call, and we will say so on the first call rather than take the subscription.
Why not buy another tool, hire a GTM engineer, or use an agency?
A tool gives you a login and a to-do list; someone still has to build and run the system. A senior GTM engineer costs $132,000 to $241,000 a year, takes months to hire and a quarter to ramp, and past roughly $5M ARR with year-round systems work, you should hire one. A traditional agency sells hours against a scope and hands you a deck. We ship working systems in your accounts from week one, with a receipt on every write, and you can stop the month the backlog runs out.
What does it cost, and how flexible is it?
The GTM Engineering Review is free: 30 minutes, a working session, not a sales call. After that it is a flat membership per 4-week cycle, with no minimum term and no proposal to negotiate; we give you the number on that call. Pause and your unused days roll forward; cancel and everything we built keeps running, because it lives in your accounts.
What do we keep if we stop?
Everything that matters. The company brain and what it has learned, every system we built, the playbooks and the history of every change, all in your own accounts. The tools are subscriptions you already hold. Nothing to migrate and no lock-in: cancel and it keeps running.
How do we start, and what does a normal week look like?
Book the free 30-minute GTM Engineering Review. We map where your company’s knowledge lives today, where promises leak, and the first systems we would build, and we tell you straight whether it is worth doing now. If you subscribe, you get a shared request board on day one. We work the top request until it ships, then take the next, one at a time, shipping every week. You approve anything customer-facing before it goes out, and every change is logged and reversible.
What counts as a request?
Anything one engineer can ship inside your GTM stack in roughly a week. The most common one: every call turns into finished work. CRM updated, tickets filed, follow-ups sent, and you approve. Other examples: deduplicating a CRM that has three records for the same account, syncing a 250,000-row lead spreadsheet into a live backend, flagging renewal risk from ticket volume.
What is out of scope?
Cold-email deliverability and list scraping. Anything that needs access we would not give ourselves. And strategy decks: you get working software in your own accounts, not a document about it.
Do you write custom code?
Yes. Code, APIs, and the automation platforms you already pay for, depending on which is the shortest honest path to the thing working.
Can you work with a tool that has no API or MCP server?
Yes. If a tool has an API, we call it. If it has an MCP server, we connect to it. If it has neither, we build a small CLI or connector for it, so the work still runs inside that tool. That is what ends the daily tab switching and copy and paste between your CRM, inbox, tickets and spreadsheets.
What happens to the work if I cancel?
It keeps running. Everything is built inside your accounts: your CRM, your automation tools, your repos. You are renting engineering capacity, not custody of your own stack.
